He tenido la suficiente paciencia y he extendido la protección al vendedor mínimo 3 veces, ahora abro disputa y me envían el siguiente mensaje:

Y este otro

Even it's lost, we'll arrange a new one to you.You know, the dispute really hurts our store, would you please help us close it first.We'll be extremely appreciated for that.
Me quedan 6 días para responder la disputa, qué debo hacer? Aceptarla?
